What Foods Should I Eat To Help With My Hairloss?
I’ve been experiencing some serious hairloss and it’s worrying me. I’ve done a little research and I found that having poor eating habits can contribute to hairloss. I really think that is one of my problems because I’ve been yo-yo dieting and i tend to skip meals and not eat healthy foods at all. . so my question is, what foods should I consume that you know might help with my hairloss. Increase the protein content in your diet. If you’re already not eating healthy just try a well balanced diet, that includes lots of complex carbohydrates, like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fresh fruits and vegetables for vitamins, dairy products for calcium, and protein from meats and eggs to provide essential amino acids.
You might also want to see your doctor or nutritionist, losing hair is a characteristic anorexics develop from being so malnurished.
