my mouse has what i think is parasites, he losses his fur and scratches his back alot(which caused sores that look like scabs) sometimes it goes away but it always comes back and he losses his fur again. in my book about mice it says to go to your vet and get medicine for it, but the vets around me dont treat mice. i need to know if anyone goes to a vet that treats mice. please.

Sounds like mites. ask you vet for a shampoo you can bathe him in.

I have increased testosterone levels and have hair growth on my face (like on the sides, nothing compared to a man growing a beard) but obviously more hair than a woman should have. If spironolactone is used for hair loss treatment, why would my doctor prescribe it to help stop the extra hair growth…? yes, i know ask my doctor but clearly at midnight i cannot call my doctor and ask

Spironolactone is a potassium-sparing diuretic occasionally used to treat hirsutism but not hair loss. Your doctor apparently doesn’t do as good a job as you at getting things backwards.

First off are you male or female?

Genetically speaking if your mums father was bald then chances are you will be too if you’re male.

Once the root dies then that’s the end of it.
My dad has been bald since he was 25 and he’s 50 something now and he’s so handsome. Baldness isn’t a curse; when a man wears it with pride and confidence it’s the hottest thing!
FYI: stress can cause so many problems as well and hair loss can be one of them.

If you’re a woman well that’s a whole other scenario!

KEEP your money! I find that manufacturers have a tendency to prey on people’s emotions.

I thought it was because of the wax hair product i was using so i stopped but after a couple of months i notice that i’m still losing hair. I’m only 20 years old and no one in my family has hair loss problem.

get a complete physical with blood work to make sure its not something physical
if everything is ok’
see a Dermatologist
they can figure out if its treatable or not
