How long do I leave the mayo on? Is that trick for long thick hair, cuz i really want to grow my hair thick because I have thin short hair? Which vitamins do u recomend to thicken and grow it?

girl I feel you, all long thick hair isn’t fake, & i get that alot 2. . . not cutting my hair length for a couple years & having 2 kids helped it grow lol. . . Neo-natal vitamins work wonders for hair & nails. . . O & I quit smoking which also really helps
