My 2 1/2 Yr Old Boxer Has Seasonal Alopecia. Is There Any Thing Out There That Can Help The Hair Grow Back.?

My boxer seasonal alopecia, the vet said Theres really nothing I can do. Fourms I read about this and people make melatonin dog Sy. Does anyone know whether it works or what eels I can do or give?
