Is there anything I can do to prevent baldness before it starts to happen?

I have 18 years and my brother is in his twenty-five years (started balding about 20) and now has very little hair. I was thinking it would be a good idea to take measures to prevent rather than fight the inevitable feature of the family. Does anyone know of anything?

    heard they found a gene that causes baldness, some pill shit does not come out until 2020, as if. Just go to the buzzed look, this is what I do, but I’m not bald is easy maintanence
