It is rapid hair loss disease. Is there any treatment for it so you can “hide it up”?

Alopecia World. com is an excellent place to have your questions answered. We run the gamut from bald for over 30 years, to patchy for a few weeks or days. Everyone there is supportive and will assist you.
In a glance, there are many treatments, some alternative, some more experimental than others:
Go on a gluten free diet
Go on a fast to heal your gut, then go gluten free as maintenance
Meditate and pray and visualize the sun growing hair on your head (must do this every day for months)
Oral sulfasalazine tablets – experimental and very promising
Cortosteroid topical injections into scalp (if you like pain)
Oral prednisone tablets (if you want to get real fat)
Immunosuppressant topical creams (promising for small patches)
The deal is. . . . . if a treatment works, that’s okay, but be prepared for total fallout at a future date. Currently there is no documented CURE to end all cures. A good therapist can help with insecurity, grief and self-image. You’ll need to make the decision to live bald and proud, or learn how best to manage it and keep it covered. Honesty is the best policy. Learning to live with yourself, rather than pleasing society. Men and women who are bald still get married, have lovers, get pregnant and start happy families. We aren’t freaks, we’re human, just like everybody else. I’m sorry if this is happeneing to you. The more you cover it up, the less the world will be able to accept, and the more strained your life will feel.
Wearing beautiful scarves or hats on occasion, along with openly being bald can work. . . . . wigs can help. Swimming caps while swimming are nice coverage. Skull cap bandanas hide it to a degree.
Good luck.
You could try an herbal treatment like Provillus for instance – it can be quite effective and its all natural. http://onthewebs. com/provillus1. html
Otherwise look into rogaine perhaps.
