Do these skin rollers actually work? I was thinking about getting one for acne scarring but it seems a little suspicious that they claim it’s a cure-all to all skin problems.

Nappyss is correct. Minoxidyl does not grow hair where there is no follicle (especially the crown). Derma roller is great for getting any product under the skin faster but a carrier oil will do the same thing without the sting of the tiny derma roller needles. Minoxidyl is for hair loss or fall out where the cause is not DHT (genetic programming). Otherwise there would be no need for medical research to continue looking for better methods to combat genetic (permanent)hair loss.

This wont work
. . you just make tiny holes in your scalp, nothing else. If your hair follicle already is gone you cant regrow a new. But minoxidal can make your existing thin hair thicker, it wont regrowth if there is no hair in the spot where you apply it.
