Does Wearing A Hat All The Time Lead To Baldness?

I am sure I have heard that wearing a hat all the time does not actually cause baldness and that it was just a myth, but my brother disagrees and thinks that it does.
Does anyone know where I can find factual info on whether or not this is true?

    Hahaha no I’m afraid wearing a hat does not cause baldness. If someone were to go bald its in their genes.

    no not at all, you would get a rash from where the head band is that is all.
