Does receding hairline always mean that you have male pattern baldness?

I noticed a bald, but the main points bald. Im 20 years old and have had chickenpox earlier this year. My hair has been far left and is now gradually separated from the right. This is a symtom of male pattern baldness at an early age or is it beacause of chickenpox? Also, how can my hairline is set with natural ingredients, no side effects?
